CHICAGO, Sept. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sauer-Danfoss Inc. (NYSE:SHS) today announced that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.18 per share for the quarter ended September 30, 2007. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2007, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 28, 2007.

This is the 38th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the Company since its initial public offering in May of 1998.
